The San Francisco Wine Association (SFWA) is comprised of small, premium wineries that are producing high-end wines in the San Francisco Bay Area, with many crushing, bottling, blending, and barreling right in the heart of downtown San Francisco.

Bay Area Wine Society
We seek to encourage the appreciation of wine in all its many dimensions. Reds. Whites. Flights. Magnums. The goal here is to keep it informal and fun yet informative. Anyone can coordinate a program or suggest a place to gather, so please take advantage of our participatory approach. I'm sure there will be takers for almost every occasion.

Santa Lucia Highlands Wine Artisans
Today, over 5,500 wine grape acres are currently under cultivation, with the majority heavily weighted toward Pinot Noir (2,500) and Chardonnay (1800). The Rhone varietals are also in evidence, with Syrah from many of the properties gaining increasing notice. Winegrowers of the Santa Lucia Highlands are innovators – almost every single vineyard is a living laboratory, with new clones, trellising systems, and farming regimens being continuously explored.

Orange County Wine Society
Orange County Wine Society, Inc., is a rapidly-growing non-profit educational corporation whose purpose is to promote the knowledge and understanding of wine. To this end, the Society functions to enhance the knowledge of winemaking, viticulture and the appreciation of wine. The Society acts as the co-sponsor and main support group for the Orange County Fair's largest Commercial Wine Competition and the Homewine Competition.
